Properties and Features: 
1. Low surface tension with excellent penetratiou and spreadmg. can be absorbed by filament quickly and evenly. it is easy to control filament oil content.Low temperature-viscosity correlation.
2. Easy to be emulsified and cleaned up before dyeing to avoid affecting and finished.
3. Excellent property of anti-static, can avoid giving birth to static during unwinding and weaving process.
4. Excellent properties of low oil splashed, preventing oil dropping and oil mist thus to maintain the cleanness of DTY machine and ambience.
5. Has good cohesion,high oil film strengh and facilitate good package building thus to prevent filament from falloff, favor the downstream weaving.
6. TF-702K performs between TF-702K and TF-703K which is the best type in our coning oil range.
Application:
Suitable ofr filament oiling of DTY machine with process speed above 800m/min and all kinds of draw and texturing yarn, draw and textured interlaced yarn and colored yarn.
Application Process:
Can be used directly, no additives are needed, added to filament by lick roller or nozzle. Perfect oil content is available through adjusting.
Packing & Storage:
170kg in one plastic drum, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermeticcondition.
Notes:
1. Do not mix with water and exposed under burning sun.
2. In order to achieve normal effect remember to use disphagm-pump.
