[Characteristics]
The 25% DAC of water solutions may substitute pure acetic acid completely as dyeing or neutral in dyeing process.
DAC does not any peculiar smell, buffer formidable,and not volatilize.
Compares with pure acetic acid , may reduce above cost 25%, the colored light and reproduction quality are consistent.
DAC may also remove the residual hydrogen peroxide after the blanching process, maintains the fabric the whiteness .
DAC do not including the strong acid radical ion, will not corrode the equipment .
DAC is environmental protection, including any is not forbidthe ingredient.
Because the amount of DAC used is small, therefore reduces the labor force and the depositing space.
[Application]
Exhaust dyeing process
Dosage of DAC(25% DAC of water solutions): 0.2～0.8%(o.w.f.)
Pad dyeing process
Dosage of DAC(25% DAC of water solutions):0.5～3.0g/l
[Attention]
First pour the DAC into water(75℃ above ) in the proportion of 25%(w/w),stir the mixture slowly to dissolve,then to use.
Strengthen protection in use especially material dissolving, and avoid direct contact on skin.
[Transport,storage and packing]
25kg/pack or according to customer’s requirement.
The product is non-hazardous,chemical properties stability,be used in generally transport.
At room temperature and dry condition,storage for one year.
