Properties and Features: 
1.It imparts fabric with very soft and bulky handle.
2.Can be used together with silicones, imparting fabric very good smooth and soft handle.
3.It performs good stability and compatibility, it keeps stable in the range of pH from 3 to 10. It has very good compatibility with cationic and nonionic auxiliaries. It can meet all kinds of requirement to handles when use together with silicones.
Application Field: 
It’s suitable in continuous and exhaustion after-treatment processes of natural fabric such as cotton, hemp etc. and other synthetic fibers.
Application Process: 
1. 1)Emulsion preparation: Generally, prepare solution with concentration of 5-8%,also can adjust the concentration according to actual requirement, we don’t recommend too high concentration.
2)Handle: firstly, add half quantity of desired water, then add softener flake step
by step to the cold water with stirring, stir and/or keep for 5min-10min, add the other half part of water, then raise the temperature to around 60 Celsius Degree with stirring, stop raise temperature, keep same temperature and stir for 60-90mins, keep stirring till temperature below 40 Celsius degree, coming to emulsion. Filter this emulsion, ready for application.
3 )Cautions, a) avoiding take too long time when feeding and dissolve.
b) Do not recommend to solve the softener flake with hot water directly.
2. Recommended Process and Dosage:
1) Pad process: dosage is 20-50g/L(the prepared emulsion), dry after padding(room temperature).
2) Exhaust process: dosage is 2%-6%(o.w.f.) ( the prepared emulsion)
Temperature: 25-40 Celsius degree for 15-30mins
Package & Storage: 
PP bag net 25kgs lined with PE, can be stored for 12 months under dry, cool and ventilated condition.
