Properties and Features: 
1. It imparts fabric with soft and smooth handle，generally better than traditional softener flake in handle。
2. Can meet requirement of all kinds desired handles, especially on fabric ,such as T/C,Acrylic etc.
3. Performs good compatibility and stability, can be use together with other auxiliaries with cationic or non-ionic character.
4. Low yellowing.
5. Suitable apply in finish process by exhaustion and/or continuous on T/C, Acrylic and other natural and synthetic fabric.
Application Process: 
1. Emulsion preparation: Solve 443C with de-ion water at ratio of 1(443C):20(de-ion water).
Handle: firstly, add half quantity of desired water, then add softener flake step by step to the cold water with stirring, stir and/or keep for 10min-20min at 40Celsius Degree, after softener completely dispersed ,add the other half part of water, then stir for 40min-60min at 70-80Celsius Degree till the softener completely resolved, coming to emulsion. Filter this emulsion, ready for application.

2. Recommended Process:
Pad process: dosage is 20-50g/L(the prepared emulsion), dry after padding(room temperature). Exhaust process: dosage is 2%-6% 443C(o.w.f.)
Temperature: 25-40 Celsius degree
Time: 15 min -30min
Package & Storage: 
PP bag net 25kgs lined with PE, can be stored for 12 months under dry, cool and ventilated condition.
