Properties and Features: 
1. Used in the finishing of woven or knitted fabrics of 100% cotton or PES, impart fabrics with soft and bulk handle.can Remarkably increase the handle of Cotton and T/C fabric.
2. Very low yellowing and color destortion

4. has excellent compatibility with other cationic finishing agent.
5. Suitable for pad and exhaust process.

Application Process: 
1. Emulsion preparation: Dilute the softener by 1:15 446 Water 1:14
Put a half of 14 parts cold water into container, then add the softener to the container slowly, stir the solution, add another half of 14 parts water, increase temperature to 50-70 Celsius degree, then stir for 40-60 mins until the softener dissolved. Filtrate the dissolved solution.
2. Pad process: dosage is 20-50g/L(the prepared emulsion), dry after padding(room temperature).
3. Exhaust process: dosage is 2-6% (o.w.f.)
Temperature: 25-40 Celsius degree
Time: 15-30min
Package & Storage: 
PP bag net 25kgs lined with PE or Carboard drum net 25kgs lined with PE, can be stored for 12 months under dry, cool and ventilated condition.
