Properties and Features: 
1. 463 has special structure, it is not normal silicone emulsion. There is no problem of roller staining and oil floating.
2. Excellent penetration, 463 can penetrate inside of fiber. Especially to thick fabric it has good penetration and soft effect.
3. Excellent stability under wide range pH value(3-10) and high shearing condition.
4. Low temperature filming. Good handfeeling can be obtained with 100 Celsius degree.
Application Field: 
It is suitable for softening yarn and fabric of synthetic fibers, such as Polyester and Acrylic. Good handfeeling can be obtained to Feather yarn, Coral fleece, Polyester carpet.
Application Process: 
Dissolving method: To dissolve 463 as ration 1:6(1 fold 463 and 6 fold cold water). Firstly put half water in tank, then switch on stirring machine, adding 463 to tank with stirring. Running for 10 minutes, then adding another half water, stirring 10 minutes more to get transparent liquid. Filtering and packing.
1 Exhaustion:
Dosage:4-8%(o.w.f.), Running for 20-30mins under 30-50 Celsius degree, Dehydrating, drying under 100 Celsius degree.
2 Padding
Dosage:40-80g/l Stentering under 120-180 Celsius degree for 50 seconds.
Package & Storage: 
Plastic drum net 50kgs, can be stored for 1year under hermetic condition.
