Has excellent properties of wetting, emulsifying, dispersing and penetrating with good scouring effectiveness.
With excellent stability to alkali, performs good stability in NaOH aqueous solution at 220g/L.
Performs very good penetration during high-concentration of alkali.
Application Field: 
Mainly used for the scouring pretreatment on knitting or intertexture of cotton, flax, and their blends.
Application Process: 
1.As open width scouring agent: 2~10g/L
2.Rope scouring method: 2~10g/L
3.Alkali-peroxide one bath method:
a) Cold pad batch process 5~10g/L
b) Steaming process 5~10g/L
c) continuous bleaching process 1~5g/L
4.Sodium hypochlorite bleaching process: 1~5g/L
5. Alkali-peoxide one bath overflowing process for 100% cotton knitted fabric 1~3g/L
For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.
