[Characteristics]
DOK may substitute pure alkali(Na2CO3) definitely as fixing alkali in cotton fibre active dyes.
DOK suits exhaust dyeing process and pad dyeing process.
Compares with Na2CO3 , may reduce above cost 30%, the colored light
ACS value(color yield) and fastness are consistent.
DOK can be used in 1/8-1/12 quantity of Na2CO3 .
DOK is environmental protection, including any is not forbid the ingredient.
The dyeing time assumes the curve slow steady ascent, will not produce color difference and the reproduction quality is good in dyeing using DOK .
Because the amount of DOK used is small, therefore reduces the labor force and the depositing space.
DOK can reduce usage of dyes and exhaust of waste water and is the most novel energy-saving product in China.

[Attention]
First pour the DOK into water(room temperature) in the proportion of 15-30%(w/w),stir the mixture slowly to dissolve,then to use.
When you dye small tries , increase the salt quantity 10% in the original formula Foundation, and lengthens 15 minute dyeing time, please!
Strengthen protection in use especially material dissolving, and avoid direct contact on skin.
