Properties and Features:
Reducin agent TF-110A perfroms excellent reducing and cleaning properties to unfixed disperse dyestuff on fabric in media of acid bath, improving color fastness. Compared with reducing wash by Sodium Hydrysulphite this product features:
(1) Under the acid condition, no need of kickoff, no need neutralization and washing, so it can help user to shorten running time and save cost.
(2) The effect of preventing affinity of disperse dyes to urethane elastic fiber is better than that of Sodium Hydrosulphite
(3)To wicking treatment, this product will not affect wicking effect, color changing is low.
(4) will not affect the whiteness of fluorescence intensity.
(5) Used together with reducin accelerant TF-110C, it can increase color fastness obviously.
Application Filed:
Suitable for reducing wash for Polyester and/or its blends(woven, warp knitting and weft knitting fabric) after dyeing.
Application Process:
After polyester or its blends dyeingn, lower temperature to 80 °C, no need of kickoff(while when oligomer may relatively higher content or contain cationic auxiliaries in dye bath after hank yarn and cheese dyeing, we recommend kickoff, and feed fresh bath). Adjust pH value to about 4 by acetic acid(do not mix the acid with TF-110A driectly). Then add TF-110A 1%-2%(o.w.f), keep for 15min-30min at 80°C, then kickoff, direct take out treated fabric or take our after washing . For Scarlet red, temperature at 105°C is recommended and for nave blue, temperature at 95°C is recommendec.
Compared to conventionally used Na2S2O4 for reduingi washing, it is no need to add alkali when appli TF-110A and no need add extra acid to neutralize, generally not need to kickoff. Thus, reaching time saving, energy saving, water sawing and chemicals saving, also advantage minimize difference between batches.
TF-110A is not allowed to contact with strong oxidant, For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.
