Main Composition: Mixture of organic acid Properties: Appearance: Colorless or slight yellowish transparent liquid pH (1% aqueous solution): 2.8-3.4 Solubility: easily soluble in water Features: 1. Can control Ph value of dyeing bath with 4.0-5.5, to make sure dyeing operate well. 2. Good resistance to low temperature. melting point is below minus 20 3.3.Celsius degree. Ready for application. 3. COD value much lower that that by glacial acetic acid 4. No contain of SO42-、Cl- Wsuch inorganic base ions. 5. No foam. Application Field: Suitable for polyester, nylon, acrylic in dyeing process. Application: Usual Dosage: 0.3-0.5g/L For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries. Package & Storage: Plastic drum net 120kgs or 50kgs, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic conditions.
