Main Composition:
Amino modified organic silicone emulsion
Technical Index:
Appearance: Slight creamy white or Slight yellowish viscose Liq.
Ionic character: Cationic/Nonionic
pH(1% aqueous solution): 4.0-6.0
Solid Content(%): 64.0-68.0
Properties and Features:
1. Make solution by ratio 1:5 to 1:8 with water. The diluted solution present transparent emulsion. It performs good penetration affinity to fabric.
2. It shows very good aqueous solubility, stability and compatibility, can use together with other auxiliaries with cationic and/or nonionic characteristics.
3. It imparts fabric with washing-resistance and super bulky handle style. Application Field: Suitable for all kinds of fabrics, to increase their softness, bulkiness and elasticity, especially suitable on cotton, polyester, polyester/viscose, T/C and other blends etc.
Application Process:
1. Dilution (Recommend use tap water but not river water)
○1 Dilute by cold water: Ratio:1:6, generally, cold water available, first add half water into the container, stir, adding 432B to the container with stirring, Stir for 40min,then add another half part of water, stir till the solution be transparent then filter, feed out. If there are steaming pipe available, can dilute under warm temperature, this method needs shorter time and more evenly.
○2 Dilute under warm temperature: firstly, put half part of cold water into the container, warming the container indirectly by steaming pipe till the temperature of the water to 40-50℃, close the steam valve, start stirrer, adding
432B with stirring and stir for 30min, then add another part of water into the container, stir till evenly and take on transparent appearance, stop stir, feed out.
2.The product is applied on finishing treatment, can be handled according to conventional process. For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary trials.
Package & Storage:
120kgs in one plastic drum, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature with hermetic condition.
Attention:
1. Suggest not be diluted with too hard water (higher than 100p.p.m counted in CaCO3) to avoid affecting finishing effect.
2. The residual alkali on fiber should be rinsed fully to avoid affecting finishing effect.
